problem with 912 vcds

I have a 912 vcds I installed the sw fate test everything ok but when I connect to the 'car and I try to diagnose me error how can I fix this?

I said as if it was plugged into the OBD I also changed the cable and pc but the same problem

first connection in first car you must configure your cable

check it on web vcds, all is explain fine
