I'm getting cheesed off with the crackling audio issues with the Dolby DTS output that is popular on the HD channels. What's the point of a crystal clear picture if you have to change to an inferior audio channel to get rid of the crackling audio? The crappy remote is something that I can live with when I consider the price of the box but the crackling audio I can't. It is spoiling my viewing experience.
I know that one of the firmwares that has been released attempted to deal with the issue but it hasn't worked. I'm on the latest firmware and it's still happening. It needs sorting or I'm going to rid myself of my box sooner rather than later. Is there anywhere we can provide feedback so the manufacturer can do something about it?
