Has one key but wants to get another cut.
Whats the cheapest option for him?

He has called a couple out yellow pages and been quote loads, although not too sure how much, enough for him not to be able to afford it. lol
How much is a fair price? Is there anyone in the west midlands on here that could do it at good rate?
