chanells missing

i have downloaded the starveiw new download but i have all bbc chanells missing amongst others/ any ideas please?Download:

try channel 851 for bbc 1

i rescaned 1 of those boxes earlier got all the channels. but bbc 1 was on 851, so i just renamed it

i have just tried another download for the box super and i have no chanells atall now? can someone please help me?
