hello, i currently bought chinese op-com interface, but i cant get it working, i think i just dont have right op-com software version. so any ideas what op-com software should i use to get it working?

which version are you using now?
try Opcom082010EN - work like a charm

Give us more info what software version U use? Did you activate it?

i couldnt activate it, was getting "communication error" so imo its completely wrong piece of software chinese guy sent me.

im running windows xp sp3, i have used vag-com for my audi on same pc, it worked ok. i have installed usb driver given with "opcom090714" software, but when i go settings > test interface it fails, when i go diagnostic > automatic veich indentification > can or kwp, it still fails, by the way, when i connect interface to pc, Power does not light on, only Tx lights up.

Power LED must light on....did you try to open interface or youre going to send it back to reseller?

allright, so if power led doesnt come up, it shows that interface is faulty, u sure about that?

how good is ELM327 diagnostic interface, it can change some of parameters?
