This is a procedure to rectify the problem associated with the speedo showing the wrong distance unit(KMs not Miles) after configuring the MFD.
You must clear any fault codes first then you need to go back to Customer options and change the Vehicle Dynamic(Not Sure if it is dynamic) information configuration to its opposite value. This line is usually second from bottom of the page.
