mondeo light problem

i had a new battery put in my car about 3weeks ago and ever since the head lights do not work unless i have them on full beam . does any 1 have any idea on why this is happening??????

Maybe a problem with the headlamp low\high beam switch or the bulbs on the dip side have gone, check to see if you have power at the bulbs when its on norm beam if so its the bulbs if not could be fuse, relay, wiring or high\low switch

hopefully a cable not come away from battery terminal when it was changed.check bulbs and charging system as if overcharging may blow the bulbs
