New key program lexus 99 gs

Hi, guys
Have Lexus 1999 GS key to program. One master is present.
What are my options.
Transponder is 4c texas
1. diagnostics way with launch x431 no pin needed
2. SBB v32 no pin
3. code reader 2 clone to tpx1
4. on board precedure (5 times gas, 6 times brake pedal...)
