Hi all. Does someone have ZF Meritor Freedomeline repair manual.

you can download a diagnostic manual/service manual from there website but as far as a repair manual for disassembling them there isnt one for the public. if you are having a problem with one i may be able to help. we have about 500 of these in our fleet.

been away for a bit and i know this is a late reply

most things can be repaired on them but most is parts changing like voltage doublers and the zmtecs along with the tcu and the top half cover with the solenoid pack...most things i see that go wrong with the freedomlines is the voltage doublers will go bad and it will cause the truck not to start..

i seen a few of them loosing the seals on the clutch actuator causing all kinds of havoc also.

I have a volvo , with zf meritor , that gives a lot of problems without log any fault , gear stock , and every time system go on emergency . after disconnect batt, transmition runn normal for a while ,

i check harnnes , and i note that time ago the selector was changed .


any info about this kind of transmmitions is usefull
