i have several spare wsp immo boxes where the chip has failed i think the chip is 68HC908az32 or 32a

can i buy a replacement ?

is there flash memory as well as eprom in this chip for the wsp to work?

Yes is a microcontroller hybrid with a memory eeprom inside.
Is a HC908 eeprom.
Try to find it like XC527242CFU or HC908.
