Easy to do... but not for free. Get a professional chiptuner to do the work... 99% of the EGR OFF files in this forums are shit, and the professionals who did the files doesn't know that either.

Good luck!

Are you sure EGR is closed in this file? Show me EGR duty cycle log with vagcom...

And no, it's not that easy, to do it well, of course.

As far I can see, rail pressure maps are stock, and cars running that maps does not have any problems.

Raising that maps correctly in any good remap would not be a problem so I can't see the point.

The true is that cars (in general) does not have good power between 1500 and 2000rpm, but that's not a rail pressure problem... clutch is shit and giving more than certain torque at low rpm's makes clutch slip.

I can assure you that that car with a good clutch and a good remap is an incrediblly good car.

Isn't it stock? Why do you have to touch something that has ben thoroughly tested by PSA engineers if you're not going to tune the car? :sheep:

Again... we're talking about deactivating EGR not how to tune rail pressure maps. Can you please make a good file for that guy? Thanks.
