hey, thank u for all ur replys. i have tried 2 read the file several times but i cant get it 2 work. i use upa and i have made up a lead which clips over the top and reads in circuit. i have tried this on other circiuts with mc68hc795b32 and have had no problem reading. do i need 2 cut any tracks or lift any pins on this particular radio, or does anybody have a pinout? thank u

hi, im still trying 2 read this in circuit and having no luck. does anyone have any idea what i am doing wrong? do u have 2 lift pins 2 get it 2 read? i have all 8 connections soldered on the way the diagram shows and i tried reading an old vw immobox with similar hc705 and it reads with no problem. please help, thank u

what software you used, looks first value of quartz next to the cpu. because with motorola Craker 6.3. you must change the value of quartz.
- change the quartz cpu just to read

hi, thanks for ur reply. i use upa, what value should i change the quartz 2? mine has a 4.0000 in it.
