Hello all ...Do you have anyone have experience with tuning BMW E61 525 D 130 KW? What is the optimal performance and add that to remove the partikulatefilter? Thank you for the information

Some optimum for that engine is from 205 to 210 HP.

That BMW has nice power gains without taking out DPF, talking about +45ps/70Nm more than stock, if remap is good, of course.

If you take out DPF +60hp/90Nm is possible, but driver must take care of driving style, if it's agressive I suggest you to not give more than 45hp.
