chrysler pacifica l2004 lost key

please i have this chrysler pacifica 2004, all keys lost,how can i program another key?or is immo off possible?where is the engine ecu located?i saw one white ecu just below the sterring part,with 5 suckets and the following no,MODULE S/N T9QH0413P045E DAIMLERCHRYSLER P/N P04727604AF, is this the engine ecu?

attached is 95040 from the skeem,should the car crank after programming the key?i dont have any remote with me,i will like to bypass it
