dreambox 500 movies wont work

Hiya all can anyone help? all my channels work as in sky sports but my movies wont work the picture is their sort of but jumpy do i need to realine my sat. thanks

are they always glitching and how often?

Check channel4 m 8 if its glitchy there your sats out. If not try a different image i use jade pli. But thats just my prefrence good luck. :)
