i have a broken ECM from a mondeo 1999 and a new one for a 2000 can i swap the pats to the new ecm ??

that ecu should have the pats built into the ecu as far as i know no immo off best way is to have a matching key for the new ecu,

but its is posible to to shift the pats from the one ecu 2 the other ?
