No Keys the box super

hi peeps
all channels gone,no keys in nagravision.is anyone else having simmilar problems

if you have the latest gtrom 8.02ee in it , turn it off on the rear switch , wait a minute , turn it back on and test it again

i have reflashed it but still nothing

if you have reflashed it have you factory reset it and then turned the emu on in menu 1570 ?

put the keys in manually,seems to be working ok
