IMMO inside dash, best use IDS for make new key.

I need immo off some one can help me. I have only one key with blue spot and it not work. Immo is in dash not in ecu??

older connect ,keys are in engine ecu and newer type are in dash.

i have one more question if key don't fit to immo starter motor should run or not??
