Hi to all. I have Citroen C5 2,2 HDI 16V. The car coming in the emergency mode. The ECU is EDC15C24HX-0281010764 10. Error mesage is " turbo presure is too high" I change MAP, turbo valve and nothing. When i drive with 70km/h-"SERVICE". With another type MAP sensor -120kjm/h and then service. This is the ecu file. If any body can to remap this ecu. Thank you in advance.

OK, but is your car already tuned or not?

Then, you have problem with car. Go to service. You can't expect by removing DTC from ECU that you have solved your problem!

I clear DTC's with Lexia and car is starting well. But after 70km/h-service. I want to try with remaping ecu.

This fault is often at "old" PSA car with 2.2 engine. Probably you lose vacuum at turbo circuit.
It is better to go first at service and fix your problem.

Turbo presure is too high. When i replace map sensor, the car again coming in emergency mode but DTC's is Turbo presure is too low. Everything is replace with new one (MAP, vacum valve, turbo, intercooler ) Only MCU is not replaced with new one. Any ideas?

Hi
Yesterday I repared C5 with so problem
1)Check vacuum pipe and vacuum pump (0.5 bar and higher)
2) Check and Clean turbo comressor
3) see with oscilloscope Boost control solenoid signal must be PWM

Check valve number 1 from picture, and if it's head (number 2) isn?t broken

Sl4ck is right. There is often a problem with the swirl actuator. It is moved via a solenoid valve, connected to the vacuum circuit on the car.

The particularity of the 2.2 hdi engine is the turbo. It is a piston type turbo, it doesn't have wastegate or variable geometry vanes. Another particularity of this engine is that when the "vacuum" quantity delivered to the turbo actuator is not enough, the turbo pressure goes higher than reference value, and you have a fault in DTC memory (on most of the turbo diesel engines, if vacuum is not enough, you don't have enough power ).

On 90% of the situations I have met, the swirl actuator has internal damage (rubber diaphragm has cracked) and there you have the vacuum loss. It is also recommended that you try and take all the 4 solenoids off the car, spray inside them with WD40 or similar stuff, then carefully blow air from a pistol inside them and dry them.

You need OBD flasher, for EDC15C2 at least Galletto.
