c240 key program how t

I wonder if yuo can help your buddy form digital-kaos. I have c240 of 2001. The key remote part works but not for ignition, ESL is locked -key doesn't turn. I have UPA programmer. How do I programm this key to EZS? What chip is inside this key and how to connect to the chip to read/write?

Can UPA program w203 EZS processor in-circuit or do I de-solder? I need those points to solder please.for UPA clone. Which adapter to use? Is it similar to m-prog. see pic

Please help out it's urgent. Car is stuck on the road, don't want' to tow it.
