why ?
If ECU firmware it is corrupt at flashing ( and this include bad check sum ) then car will not start.

@P2XA have a look at ECU configuration also; is this car engine 1.6 HDI FAP ?

no,when we use obd flasher the car start but the ecu is blocked because wrong cks
and in diagnostic many options don't apear(adaptations...) some times you can't access to see reel value(just read and erease dtc)

after them you find smok map

and torque limimiter have single value or 21X3?
