you don't need any drivers. install software, start it and plug in the tool. Do this in windows XP

No, there is no FTDI chip inside MPPS. So, no need for FTDI drivers...

Hi guys, ok, I will edit the first post now.

I already got ftdi drivers installed in my laptop, so I guess it was necessary.

Anyway, hope the SW was usefull for you!

only for news:

mine does not work without those drivers
I just connected to the PC and I asked the driver I had to take those
and it worked

Yes, also in my case I have plug the interface and run the software then accept the driver flasher and now work ok, only an info, I have read my bmw 320d 136hp, but read only the table area, not the full dump also selected the full option in sw

You can't make full read on EDC16. Only with BDM can do it.

yes you have read only injection map 32kb?
you can modify and return write this 32kb without problem
and have also big speed in this

I have only byteshooter slave, BDM100

I will buy SMPS MPPS and Galleto 1260
or did I need something more?

Hi, I just bought the MPPS, so I understand the simple act of reading and re write the dump reprograms the ECU to the original report? If so no need to look to tune the file because it is not given to anyone to do it :) 100 kg of coffee and 100 kg of cigarette and lot of time :-)
