Pontiac, Chrysler Caraval 2002 no keys

Hi, no keys in the 02 Caravan. How do I program a key or two?
Can SBB do it? Is PIN required if so How to get it?
Transponder is Tex/CR ID64

clone sbb wont do chysler for sure.cant say about oem.i have done gm can without any problem but clone sbb failed on gm basic.

You right, SBB couldn't connect at all. I have a PIN and thought it will be a breeze with master x431 but there was no option to delete or add keys in there. Only found out - there are 3 registered keys. Could T300 clone do these 2002 Chryslers?
