Sometimes manufacturers of after-market professional scanners list the protocols in the list of supported cars and ecu's.
But this information is not much worth. There are a lot of cars that use a protocol that is ISO 9141 based, but they can be totally different.
The same applies to any other protocol. Even when the hardware and the manner packets are send are the same (like ISO 14230 or ISO 15765) then the implementation can be quite different.

Unofficial list: OBD-2 Liste (erfolgreich) gescannter Fahrzeuge (http://www.blafusel.de/obd/obd2_scanned.php)

The Blafusel list generally only tells you what protocol is used for EOBD/OBD2. This does NOT have to be the same protocol as for factory communication.
Take a look at Opel. The factory protocol for all engines is ISO 14230 since 1996, but a lot are listed as ISO 9141-2.
Same for Peugeot. Factory protocol is ISO 14230, but EOBD is listed as ISO 9141-2.
