inside i think you have eeprom 24c02
But, I forget,

Exactly, can be doen via OBD, but i have only tacho on my desk, so i i can't do with OBD connector, but still can be done without open dash,...

Just need +, -, and K-line,... and you can do it same as with OBD.

halo i have old dashbord and i want to test and read km , i only have vag tacho 3.01 . and i know that it posyble to connect dashbord to computer its not nead a car .

my dashbord is golf 4 1J0919860D MMO so if i connect :
blue connector
+12V pins 1, 23,
gnd-pin 24,
k-line-pin-25 ( its nead to connect cable from vag tacho , but its only 1 connection ore more ???? )
