need total immo off or virgin but prefer immo off

the car don't start and i can't programm key with hyundai diagnostic tool .

what faults do you get this should have a 4d60 immo box probably the fuse has gone

hi have recode the key now it's ok
but i have another trouble
car ran great but some time key isn't recognize
this problem is very common on my country on all hyundai crdi car .
i know how to recode i have the pin it isn't what i looking for . what i need it's total immo off .
it's very anyoning some time i ahve to wait 1 or 2 minute trying to make the car recognise the key before it's start .
