this software for Mack medium duty freedom line and midliner diagnostics unfortunatly i dont have crack for it ad is limited to thirtydays :( works with nexiq usb link

has anyone had a problem installing the medium duty for midliner software i keep getting the same problem i unistall and re install thinking it was because of the need of license but it keeps poping up wit this error
the file c:\windows\system32\mfc42dll is in use
and cannot be installed please exit all other
applications and retry
any ideas what i might be doing wrong

Just reinstall without unisnstalling again and it wiLl go through
