95320 = 4kb and 95640 = 8kb

your file is not for edc 16 95640 3L is for 2.3L

In this soft there is only 95320 availaible for Immo Off total otherwise you must read the flash such as

Pin K4 = -12V
Pin K1 = +12V
Pin K5 = +12V
Pin K25 = K line
