I have some doubts in relation to the use of sbb, when we have a unique key and try running a new program using sbb, and have those messages as indejesavies ECU not found, the protocol is not recognized, ecu disconnected, the original key can stop of working? or just not able to program the new key, leaving the original working normally?
There is some risk of damage in the eprom? Would anyone ever had similar problem?

The biggest problem is that it's a piece of crap. If you don't want to have to worry about screwing stuff up and erasing keys, etc., then plunk down the money and get tech support if needed and be confident that your investment will do what's indicated by the manufacturer.
Until then, you're just on your own.
I see a million threads on this site about what the SBB will not do and very few indicating positive real results.
Go to other forum sites for legitimate tools, and it's quite the contrary.
Just a thought.

Its is very good tool. If you get an error message while you are trying to communicate then they existing keys will not be deleted. It only means that the SBB is having problem communicating with the ecu/immo.
@lockbreakers - If you are a locksmith, i persume that you repair remote keys, i.e. if the buttons are broken etc??

See every professionally registered locksmith I know Uses some sort "clone" tools to save money and pay for future investment. What I don't understand, reading though some of the post from alot of the respected user, most have some sort of clone (which helped pay for the genioun) . But now that they have an original tool they have change the attitude.
no offense intended.
cyber-bastard??

the people are free to use what they wanted but there are risks inherents to all who decide to use "clones"
but one m8 wrote in one ocassion "there are many ways to skin a cat" so if your tools are working for you who cares how you skin your cat.
but theres a huge diference in have a tool and "know it" like the palm of your hand (use the tool in a way that seem to be an original one for the costumer not for another locksmith)
and about the change in the attitude of mind im not a psychologist jejeje.

By change of attitude i mean, when the clone zedbull came out every one was involved asking telling whats working what not etc. But now that if anybody tried to ask for info about orv tool, guys who were invloded in zedbull colne coverstion kill the coversation (persuming they have the original) and fear their lose. just my observation.

you need to understand one thing is the zedbull and another the orv
I make some comments about that tool and are oriented to avoid some one gets trapped on such tool, becausse there are a lots of dicussions on the subject and all show the same: no good.
the lack of good comments in the regard are for protection of the m8's but if some one want to take the risk go ahead.
personaly I dont recommend that but.....
this forum is for help each others,I dont recommend some if I knew that device not work.

SBB Clone = Biggest Piece of SH*T you will ever buy. Never works and when it does it screws the car anyway. T300 is better but still be careful if its a clone

I have many things chinese made (but not the things you are thinking)
and know many people who has the AD stuff and have too a lot of chinese stuff.
but the huge difference its they are locksmiths and know them tools like the palm of their hands, so if they mess up something know exactly what to do and how to fix the mess. (that means to know exactly wich chinese tool buy and wich not)
thats wy exist asosiations in each country of locksmiths
for help each others.
but remember one thing even with the best original tool ( a single one ) you can't make all the family brands of cars.

I will say that I have an aquaintance that got a SBB for cheap. First car tested on was a VW, maybe 03 Golf, something like that. He erased keys, and I had to go over and use the Vag Tacho and Tcode to put the keys back in the car for him.
So, what if you have no solid backup, and something like this happens to you? Maybe a tow to the dealer, a rental car for a customer, and then paying to have a repair done?
And for all of this potential loss, a working good device could have been purchase to begin with. Food for thought.
