I had absolutely the same problem with the same car,bsi won't learn access code.
After many attempts I decided to try connect to bsi with lexia like citroen c5.
Strange but now I have success to learn access code in virginized bsi.
After that just did new diag session with pp2000 and learn the keys.
I hope this will help you.

Can you provide PIN from bcm eemprom dump file for Logan first generation (Mahindra Verito vibe 2013, rebadged first gen Renault Logan)?
Since I did not have a dedicated eeprom reader, I used a microcontroller programmer, with settings set to 25xx040 instead of m95040. Forgive me if anything went wrong in the bin file.

could anybody please help me?

I need SKC for Vw Lupo 1.4 16V 75 Hp with MagnetiMarelli 036 906 034 AQ ECU.
I tried different things to read the pin code.
First I tried to read eeprom 24C02 (with SOIC8 clamp) from MotoMeter dash, it works but can't find pin.
Second read eprom 24c04 from Immo Box with clamp, dump seems good but can't find correct pin.
Third I read eprom 95080 from ECU, dump was ok, tried different codes but didn't work...

I attached dumps from dash, immobox and ecu.

Strange, when I open it I can read just fine my VIN number

I though that crypto not even the vin would show up

Edited Yep, googled and although the Vin shows up the PIN is encrypted =/

Hi..

Didn't work.. I don't know if it is the pin code or if i did things wrong/ still need other changes.. (my 1st time).

Steps done for replacing damaged corrupted 39c86 dash eeprom:
*Downloaded dump file for same number and model 93c86 cluster 6Y1 920 880 G.
*Change the mileage to approximate my car last known odometer km distance.
*Editing the pin code manually in 3 locations (rows A,B,C/ col. 08,09) from 0000 to 1946 (hex 00 00 to 9A 07).
*Editing the VIN..., and then the Immo ID in close 3 locations (taken from the ecu bin file after read under 16 bit)
*Used "VAG eeprom programmer" to read ..and this gave me the same immo id as in my ecu, same 1946 pin code, .
*program it in new eeprom same 93c86 and resolder it.

.. any help/ suggestions please
