Toyota Rav 4 4c Immo

A friend has lost his keys to his RAV4. The Immo fitted is a 89780-42040 Tokai Rika and the origional keys are 4c. I have attached the bin file which I'd like to write his 2 dealer supplied keys to. The Tiris of them as read with an RW4 Is:

7E8594660A0000 4C
0000C2D37E0000 29 KEY ONE

7E6D125C0A0000 4C
000093D67E0000 29 KEY TWO

Can someone please wirte these into the file or is it possible to just virginise the file and manauly put the keys in. Thanks in advance.

Loded the file and no luck. Vehicle turns over but not even a one second start up. Disconnected the immo and the car runs for one second. Reconnect it and it just turns over. Thanks for trying anyway. Does anyone have a close up photo of the rear of the board where the chip comes through to confirm I've not nudged a small resistor etc.

the file i gave you is the virgin file and when you write it to the chip it puts the car in learning mode where the red immo light should be on constantly

you have then to add the keys to the immo manually

i dont think you will have to sync the immo to ecu on this one

your original file is much larger than the virgin one are you sure you have the correct chip in immo box ??

i dont think i have used this file so it may be that i have the wrong file listed to the immo box numbers !!!

The Chip is a Microchip 93LC66

Dear Tdor49,

Sorry having examine your virgin file posted here, it does not belong to this RAV4.Just from the size it is 128 bytes while the original file for 93C66/LC66 fitted in the immobox of this car is 512 bytes.

The Chip is a Microchip 93LC66

yep thats the correct one

did you remove chip from board

it could just be that i have the wrong virgin file for the immo 89780-42040

i've done quite a lot of the virginising immo box and programming the keys manually and dont normally have any probs

double check your numbers on the immo box to make sure

Thank you all for your help. The vehicle is now running with the Tiris from the dealer keys written in.
