1999 volvo s80 immo problem

Hi to all friends. I have this volvo with a dead dash. No lights is coming on when the key is on.Only the check engine light.I diagnose the car & i found a bad CEM module. However the customer did not have inaf money, so i deside to find him a used one. The problem is that the car needs the immo info from the old original module in order to start. I took the advice of a DK member & i switch the flash memory ( 28f400) from the original old CEM to the new used one. Right when i plugted to the car the external alarm lights start flashing , no lights in the dash, only the check engine light.
Any ideas? Is there maybe another epprom or any other device that i have to transfer from one to another module except the flash 28f400 ?

The vin # is: YV1T394DXY1107646. No the car has no lights in the dash either, only the ckeck engine light is coming on, & no crank. Like i said in my post, i switched the flash chip because one of the mempers told me to doit.
