You can print to pdf or xps but the only problem is that you have to click each individual section (and there is a ton).
When in the section, click print.
do not click on a printer but print to file, pdf or xps.
From there you will be able to save in your desired location along with a desired file name.

within the quickserve manuals, you cannot expand all and print once, unfortunately. The process will be monotonous and will require some motivation to get done.
