READ ERROR FOR TMS370C036 WITH XPROG

I need rae TMS370C036 (desolder) with XPROG (clone).
I try to read it but i have bootloader error.
I use adaptator 1-002-0002, connection are good.

Idea?

Do you have external DC power supply connected if not, try it as per xprog-m instructions either 12vdc or 15v dc.

im experiecing the same problem with my x prog m. it use to read tms370 without any problems. try to re install the software, no luck. try another laptop, no luck.

With this cimputer and this soft, I can read eeprom 95P08, 93..... without problem.
You think It is my computer or soft?
