Very little to be honest m8.

You could add a few extra channels i.e. variations of the ITv regions etc but apart from that very little.

Most Sky Digiboxes are capable of receiving any Free To Air channels that have the same symbol rate as the Sky channels (27000 or 22000). This includes many foreign language channels. You can tune them in manually.

If you want to do this sort of thing with your Sky box; visit the satcure website: Satcure satellite dish LNBs digital TV aerial information (http://www.satcure.co.uk), they have free e-book that explains everything.
