Saab 9-3 1.9 TiD 150 EDC16 EGR Off

Does anyone know how to lock closed the EGR valve for this car?
I tried 14x16 maps on 688AC / 807EC / C2B98 with no success.

There is one dimensional 25x1 map at 69BD6, and 3 more maps just after this first one, all 25x1.
Try to set all values in this 4 maps to 0. This works on EDC16C8 in Alfa/Fiat...

Yes.
The EGR didn't close completely and on some drive conditions MIL ON.

Before see your post I've tested 69C3C and 69D08. After set them to 0 the EGR stays closed. Let's see what happens in a few days of driving. By the moment it works.
I think these are the Hysterese switch for the EGR system (not sure about 69BD6 and 69CA2).
I'll report you back what happens in a few days.

I already once have removal the EGR maps, but it was in the two map groups !

I always use 1mb flash .
that"s why I ask if it was enough to set to zero the values, to shwich of the EGR !
in BDM you have two maps group, in mpps just one, if I not wrong, never used mpps for this unit !

it seems the diference it in mpc and 29bl !
maybe mpps just read the 29bl , bdm reads both !
I got to check this, to have shore, of what i saying !

egr off you have to do but write only 29bl mpps v.5 does not write edc16c9 I use to write rooster clone obd ok 100%

Ok, if I cant write with MPPS v12 , could you mario modify my (BDM saab am29bl802c) file for loading with BDM please.

And why ECU safe cant recognise BDM readings, but recognise ok MPPS reading ???

but should I disconnect egr valve and DPF pressure sensor.?
On live data egr shows 100% all time, but DPF data show real data... pressure difference and saturation...
made 20 km test with disconnected egr and pressure sensor.... everything ok.
after 2 days testing, will remove dpf mechanically

you must not remove anything you leave the valve connected orignale if you want you can remove the tubes and make a differential pressure sensor cap tubes otherwise you can leave all original .. After the test you just empty the mechanically fap ...

The best solution is to remove phisically DPF and replace it with a pipe.
