renault RDW cd radio code

I hav erenault cdradio from megan with error on display..I hope this error is yust counter for wrong codee entering..radio is
rdw 240-00
8200483757T Q 942 suspicious about this Q leter maybe is number 0..label is litle damaged..I opens the radio find 24c64 eprom but dont havee any calc.for this radio..

Have you tried leaving radio powered on, with ignition switch on?

Renault radios usually don't take long to reset... 1hr at most. allowing code to be entered. Display will change to '0000'

If you prefer... read the dump, and post here, which will allow us to identify counter location (usually by comparison)

customer with car is 130km from me so I like to be sure its corect code..OK I will inform you guys!

OK guys my mistake..label is litle damaged so I was thinking that last number was 2..so youre calculation was good for this but after entering code I found that this one is wrong so I try calculation with Q 947 and calculation is corect radio works OK now...thanks all for youre help..I have calc.from this forum
