Simple things so hard

Have 93c46 from clarion cd player cant read it to save my life, im sure its a rotated chip have followed upa usb pdf diagram and it reads and says that is successful but dump is wrong, could some one help me with a diagram and connections to upa?

IF your dump has 00 or FF check connection of all legs I had the same problem when used so8 adapter a little bit force to eeprom (better connection to adapter) and reading ok. Also YOu may try read as 16 bit.

yh its a clarion set, pu 2325a, it will not read with upa all connections are good im sure its rotated its a 93c46 tem 8

See in clarion PCB where eprom is solded..find pins from + and gnd too see if is rotated or normal!
