Honda accord 2005 not starting

I have a 2005 honda accord diesel. The car has been involved in an accident. Now when the customer put the key in the ignition and switches it on the key icon on the dash keeps on flashing and the car does not start. Turns over but does not start. Any ideas? I have put the key in my zedbull and it reads the transponder so im thinking its transmitting. All advice appreciated.

might need key coding in again or sounds like fuel cut off switch if its been in a bump if not test the coil on the ignition

Ive tried recoding the key but at the end when machine tells me to switch off ignition and says all finished when i turn the ignition on again its the same. I too think cut off switch. Any one know where this might be?
