HELP NEEDED.... OPENBOX S9 HD NEWBY

hi

i have just bought and openbox s9 receiver

i have installed latest firmware and no luck cant seem to get shy sports movies etc it says scramble on channels

tried cccam 2.2.1 but sas cccam.cfg not foud

tried dhcp on do scan only free to air channels work

i am new to satellite havo no clue

can any one please send me a beginners tutorial starting from scratch and how to obtain files firmware cccam etc and how to set the dam box how to scan satellite etc

basically how to get all shy channels working and if it goes off what to do

if any one can help me i will appreicate it

one more thin i know some 1 who sells the boxes for ?250 but says its free for one year then it will cost ?10 a month the next year

why do satellite cs charge after the first year

250 is with 12 months sub , or you can buy box for 80 on ebay and pay Tenner a month , the box won't open any premium channels without connecting to somebody with a full paid for subscription , this cannot be discussed on this forum , but google can help you find a card share server , but be warned , they are often overcrowded and poor quality ,

you know all about cccam and how to install. so u also know that what else u need to open up all . these things not allowed to discuss . talk to that guy who selling it for 250. he will give u pretty good idea.

when was vermin free? if you are talking about s/v, it was a yrs sub that you got as a *gift*

Virmin was free pre 2009/2010 as the encryption used was hacked , thru 2010 they upgraded the encryption , so starview decided best way forward was to give free twelve month sub to a c s server so as people would still buy there boxes , only they didn't plan for eventualities like police busting doors down to arrest the server operators , lol
