As a result of a wrong code entry, the radio is time-locked. Wouldn't have thought reset would have taken as long as 4 hours for one wrong code..... Have you left radio powered on with ignition key set to 'accessory' position?

Might be just as easy for you to re-write your eeprom with the original dump posted.... That way you'll get a code entry opportunity.
