You need to synchronize ECU and immo box.

You should make your dump virgin and then do sincronizations with MB Star.

Read eeprom from other ECU and write it to your own ECU.

Have a look in the downloads section above. I have uploaded an unlocked dump for this.

YOU NEED TO USE STAR DIAG!!!

OR

Read Immo box, and 24c04 and post both, anyone with Mercedes Start error soft will reconfigure it for you.

These are the 2 only options.

M8, to start your car you need some equipment. You need MB Star or X-Prog M. I dont know solutions without one of this devices. You may bay this devices here China Auto Diagnostic Tool Center -Top Quality, Good Service, Competitive Price (http://www.uobd2.com)
Also you can use ECU from Sprinter with 95p08 eeprom, it has immooff solution.

in cirkle is exsample chip 24c04 what is in emptyplase "two red spot"

read this chip 24c04 and
immo boxs chip HC05 or HC08, ETL can read immo boxs chip
clean booth and when you instal boxs back car used DAS tester
