i have bougth fiat km tool from sinosells and tool doesnt work it demonds dongle or if i try activated soft it says error and not open and there is a nother soft no dk vich vorks but has no connection to car.
i contacted sinnosells and they told me to send it back that is the hardware problem but shippment from slovenia costs more than interface so if anyone has soluton to repair this interface i wuld be very gratefull. i took interface apart and made some pictures of it. i also noticed that one resistor is missing near obd connector

i try v1.4 registered (2files one 808kb(tool) and one 1031kb (bin) but nothing (not work at all)
