Peugot 307 SW 2005 BSI problems

Hi, eeprom was damaged while removing
dumped a virgin file in, recoded with pp2000

after 10 mins the BSI blanks out, no vin stored, no keys

done this 3 times now and cant figure out why its doin this

any ideas please?
