Has the belt broke? If it hasn't Just turn the motor to TDC then all the marks should be in place. Once at TDC mark the cams so you don't lose their place. Is it a dual cam? if so you will need a tool to hold those cams together. If you answer yes to my first question then their is a chance the valves are bent cause the belt broke when the motor was running causing the valves to hit the top of the cylinders and that is never a good thing.

Where is the mark to TDC ?

Just take out the #1 spark plug and turn the motor over til the #1 piston is at the top. Now you will have TDC.
