Passat B5 Dash swap

Hello!
Trying to swap dash on a Passat 2004my but always getting message "System not OK" ..
Ecu is 038 906 019 KE EDC15P+ 0 281 011 201
Original Dash was 3B0920949A
New (used) Dash is 3B0920847E

All dump is in attachment..

Anybody have some idea what could be a problem? All CAN and K lines checked also power supply and ground..

Any help is welcome..

Yes.. I have unlocked ori. transponder with Zed Bull and adapted it again..

Yes, but same result..

you do have both the pin codes from the dashes.

the dash has nor yet have the same chassis number and vw number as the ecu.

another question is, is the replacement dash compatible. why are you changing the dash.

Ori dash is bad, has no communication on K line..
