Caterpillar TMI (Technical Marketing Information)

Attention everyone! If you require any information from the Caterpillar TMI (Technical Marketing Information) system I can provide you the information if you give me the ESN (engine serial number)

For those who don't know about TMI, it provides the following information:

- Engine Test Results
- Complete Flash File History with update revisions (if applicable)
- Gasket kit information (numbers, service indicator, etc.)
- Complete Test Specs
- Torsional Information
- Emissions Data
- Systems Data (Air Intake System, Cooling System, Engine Spec System, Exhaust System, Fuel System, Lube System, Mounting System, Starting System)

There is a lot of technical information contained in TMI. If there's a specific engine you want this information on then just let me know. I should be able to provide you with a full PDF file for it!

I don't believe that's a valid Caterpillar engine serial number! It should have 1 or more letters in it. Not just numbers.

I'm not sure what you mean about fls/fts settings. I think you need the factory passwords, is that correct? If so then you need to upload the html file that CAT ET requests for these passwords.

Yep that is a valid CAT ser nr, the C6.6 engines are the same as the 1106D Perkins engines. Did have access for a while to SIS and in the engine information section the C6.6 series cannot be found. The ser no cannot be found.

But the parts manual and omm, shop manual etc can be found on SIS.

Hey SaMirakle, thanks for the trouble. This engine is an ACERT (C6.6) engine and was built round about 2007 I think.
Industrial rated.

You can have the Performance Specs on this Engine in TMI if you know where to find buddy. Check Performance Data and you will have the Performance Spec Number C2544

you won't get any info using that ESN,,,some engine will have TMI by contacting CAT not dealer,,,also it will have different appearance compared to common s/n i.e 25Z for 3500 series..
