Infinity M35 2007 key

I need to make an second FOB for 07 Infinity M35.
What transponder is inside this FOB? Is it clone-able or only can be added diagnostics way?
Would Nissan super code work for this from BCM number?

Do these smart proximity keys contain a transponder?

The nissan and infinity ones with the emergency key the fob just increases the range of the old transponder. PM me th vin and I will give you key code and convert bcm.

While it's a bit confusing to know the right chip in my case but I think it's either a 46 or a 4D-60. T5 and 41 are for older Nissans. There's only two types that I know of in the smart entry FOBs.

You can go to programming method and try a chip. The light will flash in programming mode when it's the wrong chip. Just try again until you get the right chip. All keys need to be programmed from scratch. Only way I know how is via diagnostics with pin code.
