1AP81 immo clone TMS

On this "old" ECU, 1AP81 , there is a tms374CD13APQQ.
I have UPA USB but I want to read it in situ.

Can I do it with UPA or I must buy Xprogm ?
For this MCU, If I read/write it in situ, what pin I must connect or raise ?

Read eprom 28F512 save my file,put eprom to the Ecu.Connect the ECU on the table.Turn on ignition 30second. Remove eprom, put the orginl eprom. Car must start. Important cut line 48!
This method perfect 100%

Or you can simply desolder TMS374 and solder in target ECU.
