mk4 ecm disabled??

hi guys got a golf mk4 trying to code the key in but it wont give me pic code checked fault codes with launch and supervag all i get is engine control module disabled any ideas what it can be?

tried using super vag and sbb for pin code aswell as vag tacho but no joy :(

checked all fuses etc everything seems ok

WTF mate get a VCDS and tell us the real fault code not the chinese crap translation fault code

i use vag commander 1.4 to get the pin and vcds to do the coding.
